    Have you tried bottled fizzy water? I drink tap water through the day, about 2 litres and then move onto fizzy in the evening as I've had enough of plain water by then.

    I'm on day 11 of SS+ and yesterday had a couple of crampy twinges in my calves. This morning I woke up to full blown cramp in my left calf muscle that would not shift, it was a good 10 mins before I could get out of bed. Is this a common symptom of the diet?

    Thank you both, I'm drinking around 2.5 litres, plus whats in the shakes and soups which is a huge amount more than I normally drink (usually I'm a couple of mugs of tea, a glass of squash and a glass of wine a day girl)
