    60g of any wholemeal bread = x1 HE B, the maximum allowed on a normal Extra Easy day. Anything else you'd have to syn. I personally just have the standard loaf and syn the extra 20g or so from 2 slices.

    What are you using your Healthy Extra's for today..?

    I always use my HE A with skimmed milk in my hot chocolate. It helps not liking cheese at all so for once, having limited choice is nice! HE B usually goes on x2 wholemeal bread. Tried using it on Scanbran in the past as part of my breakfast, was hungry within 2 hours.
