I am quite lucky i think, my partner cooks for himself and i do the cooking for the kiddes, however i actually enjoy it. Hwever as i am losing weight it's getting harder for him as a have baked most days and then he eats what he wants..... i think it's time i did his meals again lol x

Been great to read all your last straws, glad to find out i am not the only girl who has problems with their chest.. i have lost nearly 7 stone altogether, my back size has decreased but the cup size hasn't budged hope the next 3 stone will budge them x

Hi kelster I too can't stand milk, but i actually don't mind the shakes just think that they are made with water and i seems to work for me.... not sure if it's because i am so determined i am going to do or not haha... you could always try it.. give it a go .........Good luck Hun xx

I expected this problem, that being the reason i haven't told any of my friends just my husband to be who is very supportive. I am sure they are really happy for you.. they probs just don't understand the diet... keep up the good work tho xx

Thanks for all the great support everyone, god knows i will need it. Well got through day one.... i have to say i had the choc and orange yesterday and that was my only problem i didn't like it much...... but apart from that i feel great and stuck to it 100% and think i might have drank too...
