I've lost another 2lb this week, not the greatest of losses but still a loss non the less. Thanks 21lb in total.

Right 5 times I have stood on the scales this morning and it was the same everytime so it must be right, sut I have lost another 7lb this week :eek: I had to keep weighing myself to check, but no it is right...blimey! ainbow brite -15lb - 6lb to go! quak -10lbs - 5.5lb to go! (lost 4.5lb)...

You can have them hot, I had a vanilla coffee this morning, a hot vanilla shake with a teaspoon of coffee in it, you could have the chocolate one hot too for a yummy hot chocolate.

I read in the book that to make up the packs hot you use boiling water, is this right? I have only done CD and then they say not to use boiling water but slightly cooler. I don't want to make a mistake.

I am doing the total solution. The chocolate shake tasted lovely, and I was surprised how easy it mixed not like the CD I did last year (and failed), just a quick shack in a beaker and it was done. I've just had an orange bar for dinner and they are so lovely and crunchy, I don't feel at all...

If you're allergic to mushrooms you may want to reconsider the oriental chilli, that has mushrooms in it I believe.

I know some people who chop them up and then freeze the pieces and just suck one occasionally . You don't have to eat them within a certain limit no.
