    I just tried it, done strips of chicken instead of chunks tho, added garlic, ginger and chilli's then a dash of light soy sauce 1tbs tomato sauce and the the diet coke but not as much as a can full. It smelt awful but to my suprise tasted lovely and so quick and easy to make.

    Hello Laura, well done so far.. The problem with weighting yourself often is you will expect more from yourself, as long as its still going, slow or not stay positive, keep OFF those scales and ON track and im sure you'll do fine.
