    Put your favourite song on really loud and dance around the house like a maniac! It will release endorphins too so you'll probably feel hyped and ready to bounce around on your trampoline.... unless its outside and as windy there as it is here... maybe then it wouldn't be a good idea lol! :p

    I love this thread - its so helpful! I often think about this myself and wonder if everyone is in the same position. I usually gain around 2-3 pounds about a day before and it last a couple of days. Once the bloating in my stomach has gone down it is usually back to normal

    If I buy a small bar (like a freddo or something) then I am satisfied. If I see a whole big bar of Dairy Milk or Galaxy sitting looking at me then I'm not satisfied until its all gone. So, there's my lesson! just buy smaller bars and I will be satisfied!
