Exercise

Just wondering if I can be bothered to get on the trampoline this morning. I know that I should but i lack the motivation. Any one know of a type of exercise that is actually fun?:confused:
 
Put your favourite song on really loud and dance around the house like a maniac!

It will release endorphins too so you'll probably feel hyped and ready to bounce around on your trampoline.... unless its outside and as windy there as it is here... maybe then it wouldn't be a good idea lol! :p
