    Hi there, I also have pcos and haven't tried exante so can't comment on the taste. However, the Cambridge diet has nice shakes especially the tetra packs in strawberry, chocolate and banana. I'd say it's worth giving them a go. Good luck x

    thats a good idea....i tried making a muffin in the microwave and it was terrible. it looked like gunge. maybe i did it wrong. i was told to add a little bit of water to the chocolate shake for half a minute or so and it just turned into putty. lol have any of you tried this. thanks for the replies
