    It seems to be Indian Monday! I had turkey tikka masala (home made) with cous cous instead of rice. Sounds a bit weird, but I promise it was nice! Has them with tesco prawn crackers which were surpringing low calorie wise.

    I don't think everyone does it. I did Cambridge before this and the AAM week on there is 12 weeks, so thats what I am doing with this. Personally, I think adding a meal every 4 weeks is too much so I would rather wait. Thats just me though!

    Today's lunch!!

    I have been on it for just over 2 weeks now and still cannot stand either of the bars. It gives me goosebumps trying to get them down! When I am done with this months, I am going to just order shakes and soups and buy the meal replacement bars from Tesco's or Asda. Cannot wait!
