    My new trainers.......

    I was told it is always better to buy trainers half a size bigger than your normal shoe size, dont remember why but I always do this and have no problems breaking in a new pair.

    and because of the weight lost at SW, my exercising and no ciggies (for the past nine months) I can stop taking my blood pressure tablets, my BP is perfectly normal:) Im really happy..

    What do you do when your muscles ache?

    Hi Only stretch when you muscles are warm therefore only after exercising, and always warm up first. Can I ask you why do you want a BMI of 15? That is really unhealthy, perhaps your muscles ache because you are not taking in enough calories and then you are burning muscle when you exercise...

    Maasi Barefoot Technology (MBT's)

    I have got some MBT's now, they are ugly and very heavy (but they will be after years of wearing crocs). Im wearing them for a full shift at work now, so will let you know after WI if they help burn the calories!

    I love SW. I do extra easy all the time, I didnt lose anything the first week but have lost 2-3lbs most weeks since. Its the easiest diet I have ever done. Good luck for your weigh in x

    Constipation (sorry!)

    I agree with the scan bran, or how about adding bran flakes with your breakfast as a healthy option? The scan bran can be crushed and added to foods ie yogurts if you dont like them as a crispbread type food.. Increasing your fluid intake is a must if you increase fibre, drink water or fruit...

    Hi, Im Deb, I currently attend slimming world and I hope to lose another 2 1/2 stone, making it 4 in all. I lost 4 stone with them a few years ago but stopped going and the weight came back:cry:. This time I am a none smoker and exercising to an inch of my life. nice to meet you all x
