    Replacing a shake with a tin of tuna etc

    Would I come out of ketosis or would my weight loss slow down if I replaced a shake with something less than 150cals I.e the amount of calories in a shake, has anyone else tried this?

    Yes when I lost weight quickly a while back I started getting bruises, I was exercising a lot too, are u doing this? I went to the doctors about it, he wasn't too sure but I reckoined it was to do with that!
