exercise while refeeding?

I think it's ok to do some exercise. With protien being introduced in your new diet I think it would be good. Maybe do a mix of light cardo and fat burning exersises. Like aerobics, swimming and toning exercises.

Once you are passed day 4 you would maybe need a few more carbs if you were doing heavier exercise, but yeah, exercise is fine on refeed, again same as TFR, just listen to your body, especially in the first couple of weeks of refeed as your calories will still be low.
