Breakfast!

There are no suggestions for breakfast in the re-feed week, breakfast is usually my favourite meal of the day and I want to start back!

Any low calorie suggestions for breakfast?
 
I would stick with the lipotrim products for the first week anyway and then introduce your porridge, fruit, yoghurt.

I think the refeed is all about how you introduce food back into your body and the type not necessarily only low calorie.

2 boiled eggs, (nothing else) at 8.00 a.m......kept the hunger pangs off until 1.00 p.m. That was my breakfast before LT. Cant wait to have them again.
 
Yup, Boiled eggs, or Porridge is brilliant! I have it every day with honey :)

Or anything high protein really!

I stuck to the shakes for breakfast for two weeks though :) xx
 
Eggs are allowed from day 1, so if you wanted eggs for breakfast you could have them and then maybe have the shake for lunch? Just a suggestion.
