I'm sorry to hear about your grandma FernXx. I never tried smoking and I don't drink. I don't if that is boring but I really want to stay fit. Health for me is really important.
I really appreciate all your tips. It's a good thing I'm not gaining weight. But I can already feel the exhaustion from working in the night shift. During restday, I'd rather sleep than go to a gym. What motivations can you advise?
