    oh, sorry you're feeling down. I know the feeling at work and its horribel BUT even though its a hard thing to do you WILL feel better once you spoke to your line manager. Even if its good or bad... its work through-able and the air will be clear. Don't tie yourself up in knots too much...

    Hi all - well done on losses so far!! I'm on day 2 and have first drop in on Friday.. really looking forward to it.. ha ha in a twisted sick way.... Sort of wish I was going on Monday though - for full weeks weight loss but be good to know if I'm in ketosis by then.. foul mood today though...

    oh dear.. the chocolate bar one doesn't really work does it? I tried it last night.. bleurgh!! I really didn't enjoy it. I didn't want to waste it so added normal amount of water and made shake... much better.. I won't try that again. Made me nervous now of what the others are like.. anyone...

    Those sport cap things aren't very good for gulping it. Its pretty psycological too... just think - all the food you used to eat contained water... our bodies are made up of about 70-75% water. If you stop eating the food you usually do then your body might feel dry, skin might dry out a bit...

    a great blender!!

    oh.. just realised why I need a blender..... just had a cold vanilla shake and the bits in it put me right off!! The taste was quite nice so I can see the potential but the bits were yucky!! I guess the hotter stuff mixes better but I couldn't get the cold vanilla one mixed properly...

    Thanks for the response - I see..... I'll have to get some of that then as I drink about 2 litres of robinsons no sugar juice a week... Thats one thing I won;t have to get used to as I already drink litres and litres of water a day!! Hooray!!
