Lol Teddy, maybe im just weird. Used to eat bovril and cheddar cheese sandwiches as a kid. Just go for the slimmer version now but seriously its not bad and you only use a little bit. Probably just the saltyness that sets it off.

Bovril or marmite is lovely on cottage cheese....if its allowed :) x

Hi All, im a huge carb eater and decided to ditch the carbs and try for the ketosis way. Have no idea if my way is the right way.....i'm allowing myself 1200 cals and upto 30g of carbs. Have a metalic taste in my mouth, could this be ketosis? Philadelphia garlic and herb has become my new best...
