Puddings?

    Is there anything that is suitable for puddings I can't find anything :(

    creme fresh (or whipped cream), teaspoon splenda and teaspoon coco powder! On its own, or ontop or, or sandwiched between two oopsie rolls! Yum! :)

    Or a chocolate mim with cream.

    Almond flour muffins are always a good one - you can make them with ground linseed if you're on induction (pretty sure the almond flour is only for phase 2 and above).

    Erm.... thats all I can think of off the top of my head!

    Oooh, cheesecake! Phili and whipped cream with a smidge of lemon juice and some splenda. cant go wrong there! :)

    I made a variation of it by using mayo instead of cheese - useful if cheese stalls you :)

    Just made sweet oopsie adding a little orange oil flavouring, had with squirty cream was delish...also tried cooking in fly pan instead of oven, pancakes :)

    I never thought about making oopsie pancakes. What were the like? And more importantly, did u take photos!?! lol!
