    i do mine in a blender with loads of ice and i never have any lumps whatsoever! i do if i do it in the shaker but i have no choice while im at work unfortunately!!!

    what would happen if you ate something, along with ur 3 shakes, only something small, like a bite of something? would it affect and mess up your whole weight loss process, or would it just mean you've had extra calories that day, like on any other diet? not that im planning on doing it...
