Hi Everyone... There may be a thread about this before but I was just wondering which days people were finding best for weight loss...? I tend to have more green as feel I can eat more and feel fuller, which stops me snacking on the bad stuff...my losses are ok but could probably be better...

Thanks :-) The whole can is 200ml so I'm guessing the odd spray is probably the same as fry light then and is free...I think I'll say 1/2 of 1 syn for each time I use it to cook something as only have a few sprays.. H x

Personally I would avoid Eastleigh like the plague! Its a horrible place (sorry if anyone lives there!) I work in Eastleigh and Chandlers Ford and yes there are some ok bit of Eastleigh but still isn't somewhere I would choose to live if I had a choice....Chandlers Ford is much better...

I really don't think they are sugar free...in my old SW Directory(2005) it says a Mocha Syrup shot is 4.5 on green and 5 on red...so the caramel etc are probably even more! :-(
