Better losses on Red or Green?

Hi Everyone...

There may be a thread about this before but I was just wondering which days people were finding best for weight loss...?

I tend to have more green as feel I can eat more and feel fuller, which stops me snacking on the bad stuff...my losses are ok but could probably be better tbh...

I have a friend who sticks to mainly red days and loses far quicker than I do....

so what works for you?

go green !! ive done green every day since started but love them i average 3 lb every week i think wen slows down i ,ll give my body a change and c what happens ... xx

I only do 1 day of red out of every 7. I have lost just over 5 stone since this time last year. I haven't stuck to red for more than 48hrs as i find i snack far too often and i dont really seem to get 'full' like i do on green.

Try them all over 3 weeks and see which you get on better with, different plans suit different people. I'm back with EE, did green for a day or two but ankles were swelling up etc with water retention and too painfull to cope with.
