I am really bad about throwing books out. Buy loads from charity shops and pile them up in bookcases. But yes, there are many books that I come back to time and time again. When I haven't read a favourite for a few years say it is fantastic reading it again as you forget some of the details.

As someone who is not that familar with all the different dieting options out there, prehaps someone can give me some help?? I have tired weight watchers in the past and it worked, but for various reaons I put all the weight back on : ( Am thinking that something which takes the choice away...

Main thing I suppose is feeling crap about myself. Feeling that weight knocks confidence? Lack of interest from members of the opposite sex (linked to confidence above!) Feeling hot and knackered all the time, feet killing me! lol
