    How to stop my cross trainer from squeaking

    What can I do to prevent my cross trainer from squeaking? What kind of oil can stop it from doing this? I'm trying my best on the machine but stop due to the unbearable noise. Will oiling the CT help it and if not what can I do to fix it? It's a York 201. :cry:
