Cellulite/Sagging Skin

Hi,

I don't know whether anybody else has this problem but I would be grateful if you could help me.

I'm a size 14 and used to be a size 20-22. My legs are slim on the bottom but are large from the knee up and in summer I would like to wear a nice summer dress/shorts. However, wearing shorts or a dress doesn't look very flattering since I have the appearance of cellulite and sagging skin. Is this because of weight loss? Is there anything I can do about it? I do daily exercise. After work I go on my cross-trainer for 45 minutes. Unfortunately, I suffer with anxiety and body dysmorphic disorder so find it very difficult to go to the gym/swimming due to this. Oh and I can't run to save my life. Is there anything at all I can do about the cellulite/sagging skin? Does anyone else have this problem? I would be very grateful if somebody could help me because I'm very depressed about it. Do I need to do exercises for my legs? Do firming lotions work or exfoliating? :cry::(:confused:
