thanks every 1 just back from weigh in and lost 5lbs so thats 12 and a half pounds in 2 weeks, i had a chat with my cdc and iv decided to stick to ss a little longer, plus iv had a stinking cold which could be another reason i craved food all weekend. thanks again for all ur comments! chantell x

im wondering weather to change 2 ss+ iv been on ss for 2 weeks now (am getting weighed tonight) its just i feel like the meal in the evening could help me, this weekend all i could think about was food and really dont want to fall off the wagon. has any one else switched to ss+ and what do they...

just a quick question,a friend of mine is also doing CB diet and is drinking coke zero all the time i didnt think it was allowed, but she said her cdc said its is ok, she is still having good loses. so wondered if anybody else knew any more about it thanks. chantell x

And if yes how does it work sorry im new to CD and it sounds quite nice, iv got my 1st weigh in tommorow and may get some if im allowed this on ss?

im just at the end of my 1st week on ss and get weighed tommorow, my boy f has booked us a holiday to dominican republic for janurary and im hoping to be at goal by then (wishfull thinking maybe) so gives me a incentive to stick to it.
