Just looked on supermarket comparison for these *light* bars. And tesco are doing 2 boxes of 5 for £2.50 instead of £1.61 per box. So saving 72p. Valid till 24/11/09, so bargain! Unless anyone knows anywhere cheaper?

Hi, I forgot to ask my leader at my meeting yesterday about cereal bars. I have been having an Alpen strawberry yoghurt cereal bar for brekkie and synning it at 6 syns. But my friend, said I could use it as a HE B i thought you could only use those bars listed??? Confused.com !! please help...

Wow thanks for that, i have been missing soup. I havent really had time to try recipes and make my own, and when i put some heinz vegetable or lentil type ones into the syn calculator they came out at about 8 !!!!!!!! Will deffo look out for mugshots - do you know which company makes them?? xx

Tried quorn since starting with SW....yuk yuk yuk:( Cottage cheese makes me ill:o and cucumbers, grapefuit and melon....would rather stick pins in my eyes!!:cry: lol Everything else is just fine though.:D

This is where i struggle to use my syns, i dont have a problem so much with the meals (doing extra easy), i fill up on pasta, veg, chicken, jkt potatoes etc....but being used to ww i knew the point value of everything. And obviously cos it's a different diet, the syns values of what I call...

The bags are a lot higher though. Im sure the barbeque are 5 1/2 syns and the caramel are even higher, so just be careful. Scrummy tho :D
