I had 35syns last night so will take it off my weekly allowance.
Total syns this week- 43

Sunday - EE
Breakfast - bacon, eggs, beans
lunch - 4 ryvita with 4 lc triangles, leek and potato soup.
dinner- roast chicken, veg, roasties and new pots - 3syns for gravy.
 
11 syns yesterday so 54 this week.

Monday - green
breakfast - 2 weetabix with banana
lunch (at work) - , apple and muller light
afternoon snack - Cottage cheese on a small spud
dinner - Chucky eggs and toast (he b)

Tuesday - EE
Breakfast - 1 alpen light, yoghurt, apple
lunch - 1 alpen light, yoghurt
snack - half a tub of EL cottage cheese
dinner - ham, eggs, sw chips, beans, 1 peice of bread with margerine - 4syns
Evening - Cup of tea and 2 finger kitkat - 5.5, small chunk of cheese (he a)

Weds plan - Red
Breakfast - apple, banana, strawbs covered in FF yoghurt.

lunch - Egg and bacon sandwhich - HEB

Dinner - Chicken breast stuffed with lc triangle (hea), parsley and garlic, wrapped in bacon. With 198g new pots - heb

Evening - chunk of cheese (hea), 2 finger kitkat - 5.5syns
 
EEEEEK 30 syns yesterday. Dont know why i do it to myself the night before weigh in! Total for the week 98.5 (6.5 left for today)

Thursday - EE
Breakfast - jam on toast - 1syn
lunch - cheese, leek and ham pasta n sauce - 1 syn
dinner - chicken, bacon, roasties and gravy - 2syns

Evening - fruit salad covered with yoghurt.

Although i am just about within my weekly syns allowance im still going to class this as a terrible week! Cant seem to go a few days without having a "treat night" at the minute, argggh! my partner is such a bad influence always ordering takeaways or buying in big packs of cookies, i really need to resist. This morning my scales went under 9 stone for the first time in 3-4 years, this should be enough to spur me on as my target is 8'7 but it seems to do the opposite! after a coffee ive gone up to about 9'2 so hoping i might get away with a loss (was 9'4 at last WI). I have a day off today so will get some exercise in to try and balance out the damage i did last night!!!
 
Fridays plan- green

Breakfast - fruit salad with yoghurt

lunch - beans on toast (he b)

dinner- spaghetti with 6x melted EL laughing cow (he a) and chopped bacon (heb b)

evening - kitkat (5.5) and hot choc (2)
total 7.5

Will use my other he a for milk in tea and a sprinkle of cheese on my dinner.

lunch - 2 X alpen light bar, apple + banana
Afternoon - half a tub of cottage cheese
dinner - chicken breast stuffed with el lc trinagle with parsley and garlic, wrapped in bacon and baby new potatos
 
Wednesdays plan - EE
Breakfast - 2 x nimble with 1 spoon of jam - 1syn
lunch - jacket spud with EL cottage cheese
dinner - syn free cottage pie and beans

thankyou!! yesterday didnt go to plan as i was really sick in the night and had no appetite, so just had some toast and a bacon sandwhich at night time. Weigh in is tonight if i can make it, if not ill go to the Saturday morning one.

Thursdays plan...EE

Breakfast - 2 weetabix with yoghurt and sweetner
lunch - JP with cottage cheese or beans
dinner - cheesy meatballs with spaghetti and passata
 
going to weigh in tomorrow morning, its much more convenient. Fingers crossed!! So tonight my DP is going on his works doo straight from work. I HATE days like this, it feels like im a single mother and its so tiring and lonely! Id normally order myself a pizza as a treat and sink a bottle of wine....definately wont do that!

Friday - ee
Breakfast - coffee, bacon + beans
lunch - jacket and beans
dinner - 3 chucky eggs and soldiers (heb + 1 for margerine)
evening - alpen light (3), fruit salad and yoghurt
 
yay 2.5lb off this week. tonight is my "treat" night after WI but ive made a lasagne which is pretty much SW friendly except for the white sauce in a jar. So the white sauce is my treat...which split into 4 is probs less than 15syns anyway. Better than my usual dominos and doughnut!
 
Have had my works do and a few days off plan with various festive things going on! will try 100% until xmas eve now..

Wednesday - Green

d - pasta, chopped tomatoes, mozzerella and oregano bake (a)

being sooo bad lately, gosh ive eaten so much crap everyday. i just cant seem to help myself!! Determined to do 100% from now until xmas eve. Only 4 days so hopefully there wont be too much temptation about!

arggggh ive ended up munching half a box of pringles this afternoon and lots of biccies, what is WRONG with me?! Somebody help!

Mondays plan - (is there any point?) ee

d - 3 ww sausages (3?), 2 "fried" eggs, trimmed bacon and beans
 
Expecting about a 5lb gain this week and it all ends today!!!!!!

Sunday 27th December - Extra Easy

Late breakfast - trimmed bacon, eggs, beans, 1 nimble (1/2b) and 1 syn for scrap of half fat margerine.
Lunch - wont get chance to have a proper lunch due to working 11-2 and then straight to a kids birthday party so ill have 1 alpen light (1/2 b) and a banana
dinner - syn free bolognaise, spaghetti, parmesan (a)

extras were
small party cup of coke - 3
1 piece of toast - 3
tin of ravioli - 1.5
