    Thank you, yes I was pleasantly suprised, I think it goes to show that the odd treat now and then wont ruin your diet completely, I state now and then though and not 2 or 3 times a week lol :D

    ASDA smart price sauces

    ASDA Smartprice Caramel wafers 42p for pack of 5 only 2 points each, 1/2 point more than WW caramel wafers but taste identical and about £1 cheaper ;) Also not sure on the taste yet, but tins of smartprice chilli con carnie 49p, 2 points for half a tin or 4 for the whole tin.

    Ive found a lot of the asda smart price food quite low in points, I used to get the chicken and veg curry in a tin and mix it with rice, think it was around 50p a tin and only about 3 points for the whole tin.     I would have thought they were higher than 2 points each as there fried in oil, which would make the sat fat quite high. When ive had them in the past i take the batter of a couple to save a few points and make my own sweet and sour sauce :)

    1st WI this year

    After taking the whole of December off and 1st week of jan too, restarted WW. Had first weigh in of the year today and managed to loose 3lbs which im very suprised at seeing as I had a slip up last saturday and ate pizza hut. But woohoo, good luck to everyone else, enjoy the weekend!:D

    Hiya, im not sure how many servings you can get in a packet, but a 92g serving (made with semi skimmed milk) works out at 2.5 points. (107 cals and 3.8g sat fat) hope that helps :)
