    Weight Watchers or slimming world???

    I have done both slimming world and weigh watchers and I personally find weigh watchers easier.i cook for myself, my partner and my daughter and although some things sometimes need tweaking a little bit, most of the time they eat what I eat. I also find weight watchers less restrictive.

    Good luck. The plan is really good and I find this forum really helpful. I struggle to stick to things and this helps me to stay on track :)

    Starting again!!!!

    Hi all, I am on slimming world now after not doing it for 18 months. Unfortunately due to work commitments and taking my daughter to various clubs I am unable to commit to a group so I am going it alone. Well I am going to try at least and see how I get on.
