    Thought I would add my diary just to check that I am along the right track and if anybody who has any tips etc they will be gratefully welcomed.

    Tuesday 02 February - original day

    breakfast - boiled egg, 2 weetabix (HEX)

    snack - carrot, grapes

    lunch - chicken, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, red cabbage
    melon, apple, muller light

    snack - carrot, cucumber and grapes

    dinner - pork, baked potato (HEX), green beans, cauliflower

    SYNS - cheese - 6 bourbon cream - 3.5

    drinks - coffee (milk taken as HEX), diet pepsi, water

    Wednesday 3 February - Extra Easy

    breakfast - grapes, melon, kiwi, pear and muller light


    snack - egg mayonnais and 4 ryvita (HEX)

    lunch - pasta n sauce, apple

    dinner - burgers (home made from SW recipe), sw syn free chips, salad

    SYNS - jelly 1.5 syns, mayo - 4 syns

    drinks - coffee (milk as HEX), diet coke, low calorie squash

    breakfast - 2 weetabix (hex) and banana

    lunch - pasta with tuna (HEX), spring onions, mushrooms and pepper, muller light, apple

    dinner - sweet potato, spinach, leek, roasted mushrooms and peppers

    snacks - pear, carrot
    drinks - water, diet pepsi, water
    SYNS - none

    lunch - vegetable frittata, salad. muller light

    dinner - frittata

    snacks - melon, apple and pear

    drinks - coffee (milk HEX), water, diet pepsi

    SYNS - quavers - 9 milky way - 6 brown sauce - 1
