its hard on you doing the diet all week and a gain but at least you know once you get unblocked you will have a decent loss. Hope your feeling better soon
Hi, the first few days as you probably know are had but it gets much easier and the weight loss is fab. Its a bit trial and error with the shakes etc but you should be able to swap if you get a flavour that you hate. great support on this forum.

Hi, cd definitely can change the monthly pattern of your totm. Some people have reported coming on more than once a month. Guess its due to vld diets. Hope it settles down for you once your body adjusts.
Hi, this is my 4th week on the diet and finding it much easier now. Lost 3lb today so that makes it 17lb in 4 weeks. very happy. I normally only manage 1-2lb on other diets in a week. Im loving this diet.:p

Hi i am starting cd friday. I am having the 4 shakes and 200mls of skimmed milk. Is anyone else doing this? Im wondering if my weight loss will be slower.
