Stick with it. you can do it. once your over the first week its so easy. first 3 days you'll be hungry, then rest of week you think of food all the time, constantly. then suddenly you wake up and you just start getting on with it. i'm on week 17 now and not struggling in the slightest

Hopefully the good weather will help you with the water drinking today. As others have said this really is a diet that gets easier as you progress - just see each day passing by in the first week as an achievement until you get the great buzz of the first official weigh-in (although I checked my own scales much sooner). Good Luck!
