    I will be quite happy with small losses actually, at first it's how much can you lose in a week, but now realise that a loss is a loss, and that's what it's all about. It's amazing how obsessed you can become with every little bite that you take, but I suppose that's what the journey is all...

    I have been doing EE, but it occurred to me that I tend not to eat that many carbs so thought that Red days would suit me better a couple of days a week - and really like the idea of extra HE's... really like my cereal and cereal bars etc. Will be giving them a go for the next couple of days...
