Moocow's EE diary...

I am half way through my 2nd week on Slimming world, still can't really get my head round how much food you can actually eat - but after 3lb loss in my first week, I am encouraged...

Like many of you out there, I have been living out of a notebook writing every mouth full of food down, so thought I would start my own thread so that I can have my own diary to look back on my eating habits, and see where I need to make any changes etc.

I am not attending classes, as with a busy family life and trying to fit in exercising I haven't got the time, so have bought all the books off eBay and have visited this forum every day since I started the diet!!

I'm sure there won't be many people viewing this, but feel free to do so if you wish - and any handy hints would be very welcome!!

I am doing EE only, so all my entries will be EE!

Weight in today - lost 1lb which was good, although I did expect a bit more! Realised that I hadn't eaten even half of my syns this week, so I am going to try and use them as I've read that this can help sometimes

Have pinched an idea from someone that I saw on the forum and have started a syns spreadsheet so that I can countdown for the week.

Thoughts for today...
Another trip to the supermarket today for supplies, have started buying frozen fruit as keeping fresh fruit "fresh" isn't proving easy, but don't want to live on apples all the time. Loving the defrosted blueberries in my All Bran in the morning, gives it a really lovely sweet taste!
