    WELL DONE!! Dont be disheartened, you wont repeat your first week's loss. Just aimfor 1lb -2lb a week and you will be at your target before you know it

    sppoky that I should pop on here with a similar question, I havent been here for a while, had a rough few months but have managed to keep the weight loss going. Only got a couple of pounds to go, so am being strict with myself this week and going back to basics, but i stole 1 square of my kids...

    What is your motivation??

    My SIL's wedding in Dec A friend who told me I couldnt do it I dont want to waste my hard earned cash going to a meeting to be told I have put on weight I need to fit in more of my clothes.. But above all I dont want to be fat anymore

    Yayyy!!

    Second weigh in today and lost another 2 1/2 pounds, happy with that! Not so hopeful for next weekend as I am staying with my Best Friend for the weekend as its a significant birthday and we have a few surprises in store for her and she does like a tipple, I hope to maintain at least next week...

    Low Syn Gravy?

    I am relatively new to SW, first weigh in last week and I lost 2 and a half pounds so quite happy (well we always want more!) I do enjoy my fish and chip supper treat on a saturday night which 'costs' me about 28 syns. My consultant seems to work on having 105 syns a week rather than 15 daily...

    I agree with 'first day of your healthy lifestyle' if we are honest with ourselves then most of us are now dieting because of an unhealthy lifestyle, I certainly do not want to be on a 'diet' for the rest of my life, I just need to adopt a permanent healthy lifestyle!
