Right, I keep hearing all these great things about this DVD...apparently you can lose 10 inches in 10 hours So just 2 hours a week for 5 weeks and great results...it sounds to good to be true I want to know if anyone has put it to the test im really serious about maybe pruchasing the dvd or...

i've worked in river island for year and a half and their sizes are cut to the size below and are ery tight fitting i'm a 16 in river island sizes yet i work in evans now and the size 16s in there hang off me....there is a new theory goingaround evans stores that they are making the clothes...

thanks for the advice and support. i move away for university just 40 minutes down the road, but i tend not to bother going home too much so all those nasty people wont see me until christmas and i hoefully will be alot different then im so determined now cant wait to get back and start hitting...

hey the tubswere on offer in pound stretcher for £3.50 and think that was for 12 or 15 shakes so last ya a good while that will. defo not doing that where u do three shakes a day thats dangerous, i think those combined with a healthy choice meal of under 600 cals and the gym everyday i might...

Saw the shakes on offer today for a big tub and thought i'd read about almost every diet i'd ever heard of on this site, but i haven't actually heard alot about slimfast. Has anyone tried it? is it even nice? would you recommend it? Pleeeeease help me so confused don't know which direction...

look at the state of girls like lyndsey lohan, nicole richie, winehouse (is a heroin addict too) but al of those mix probably one meal and day with HEAVY amounts of alcohol - hence the reason they look vile and not like real people.... lollypop heads me and my friends like to call them we are...

try doing the measuring tactic rather than weight too as it does show more and you can keep track of when you will be needin that next size down, and that bit feels fantastic goood luck xx

it really is! its comments like those that make me even more determined im quite tempted to stype them all up in big letters a stuck em on my fridge as a frightening tactic so i know how upset il get if someone calls me a fattie for eating that packet of malteasers haha x x x

I know this is quite an old thread but thought i'd share m experience on this too... Two girls i know at work both lost loads of weight on slimming world maybe two three years ago, and they have worked hard to maintain it...the first girl vicki is lovely and is still sensitive about her weight...

haha worst thing was he wasn't even hot! he's just a nasty bugger, who stares at me on nights out i will admit im not overly massive like im a 14/16 in clothes so not too big but still not slim and for him to come out with im twice the size of him and i was a fat C**T...what an insult...

omg that loser, i bet your mates a stunner and can do million times better than a wank shaft like him what a cruel aweful thing to say... iv just came in from a night out and im rather drunk so relapsed on my diet with a few too many skittle cocktails and vodka lemonades but i go to meet callum...

hehe thanks for the responses guy made me feel looooads better. not sure which way im going to go with either weight watchers or theres this guy who runs a small slimming club near where i live www.diethell.com something like that he runs the gym and does like a counselling session so not sure...
