    WI days??

I weigh in on Sunday mornings and really love that I can be a bit more relaxed that day :) I don't think I'd change to another day just because it feels good to round off the week with a little treat on Sunday afternoon. Hope that helps.

    Activity Point Question

I always like to leave them to get a better loss but my leader told me she wants me to eat them so I don't lose too much each week. I haven't been eating them though as I can barely manage to eat the whole 26 points I have as it is! I'm sure she'll tell me off at WI though, I'm almost dreading...

Why is weight watchers better than slimming world???

Like the others said, I don't think it's better, just different. Seems to suit different people. I prefer it purely for the flexibility aspect (just grabbing a sandwich when out and being able to combine foods more easily) but that is just me :)

    Emotional Eating

Oh hun :( you sound like you're having a rough time. The only advice I can give is don't give up on the healthy eating as it really won't make you feel better. Hi and a quick ? about points!

Hi Sazza, I started last week and really struggled to get up to my 26 points. has anyone switched from slimming world

I agree with you lizie2008, I find it much more simple. Don't need to worry about food combinations, HE A and B etc. It's more like 'real-life' eating if that makes sense but healthier :)

0 point soup alternatives for summer?

The only think I can think of is maybe some cold sugar-free jelly which would be nice and cooling on a hot day :) Sorry I can't be anymore help, I'm new to WW so not 100% familiar with everything yet :D
  92. bridebeth87

    Snacking

I really like that idea! Going to give it a go :D
  93. bridebeth87

    would it kill WW

It's a celeb this month. She is on a travel show I think so not really sure she'd be termed a 'real' woman :) There was one girl in it though that had lost a huge amount of weight and I found her very inspiring :)

    Too many POINTS?

Hi all. Hope everyone is enjoying the bank hol! I joined WW yesterday and worked out my points allowance to be 26. My leader told me to get up to the 26 as close as I could which I thought 'fine' at the time and trotted off home. However, I found it very hard to use all these points up...
  101. bridebeth87

Bad Meals - what was yours?

Takeaway on Fridays and eating out on weekends and probably all of my snacking. Anytime I was bored etc I would reach for food :( In the week my meals were never that bad really but my portion sizes were WAY too big!! Bought some half price WW scales yesterday so that won't be a problem now :D
  102. bridebeth87

    would it kill WW

Yes, I picked mine up yesterday and saw 4 men in the July magazine Phil :) they are not on the cover but at least it's a step!
  103. bridebeth87

    SW to WW?

I agree with the others. I too did SW a while ago and lost some weight but it didn't change my eating habits and I found the combinations of food and red/green days were hard to fit into my lifestyle (e.g. eating out). I switched to WW yesterday and so far am really enjoying it (I know it's only...
