    3 inches !

    ive had the no weight loss problem here too for 3 weeks. I have however been gyming it for 4 - 6 hrs a week so hoping its a case of muscle replacing fat loss. I bought a tape measure tonight so will measure body parts tomorrow and keep track of them in the hope they motivate me! :) Good luck...

    What exercise do you do?

    ZUMBA! :D Joined the gym on a 21 days for £21 programme to try out the zumba (as its £6 per class!). Ended up doing 4 - 5 classes of it a week for the last 3 weeks and I am now a fully pledged member of my local gym :)

    Is anyone else's job helping their weight loss? (long)

    I used to work in a bar/club and 2 of our waitresses told me how they lost weight working for us through running about from table to table and up and down the stairs. One went from a 12 to an 8 over time and the other a 10 - 8 in the summer she worked for us :) Well done on the weight loss...

    1lb off is still weight gone! Look at 1lb of butter and imagine it stuck to YOU. Well done. Rather than feeling deflated at not losing more, be inspired to stick to the diet strictly this week to ensure you lose more next week :)
