    Homemade burger disasters - help!

    I add grated apple to my burgers: use turkey mince or pork mince or beef mince. Keeps them moist. Same recipe also works for meatballs. Which I open freeze and can use as an effortless dinner!

    I've just started SW so havent actually ate them as a SW meal: just as a regular family meal (my 3 year old son likes the salmon/pesto combo) I suppose I'd use their red pesto syn value (dont have book at hand). If you want to be extra fancy, sprinkle some breadcrumbs on top before baking...

    I sometimes top salmon with pesto ( I like the tomato pesto rather than the green basil one) and bake in oven. Serve with salad.
