Everything to Lose - book by 43 stone man

I've just finished this book. Everything to Lose by Neil Bakewell. Its quite amazing, the guy is so honest about his issues and its by a man, how refreshing! Although ladies will like it as well I'm sure. Makes me determined to make this the time I will lose the weight.

I always lose off the top of my stomach first. Then the face and neck. Be nice to get rid of a few chins.

    Hi, I'm Brian

Hello, I'm Bri. I've been big all my life, I'm guessing I've got about 6 stone to lose. ( But haven't actually weighed myself, scales only go up to 21 stone ) Anyway hoping to have some motivation to succeed from this site.
