Everything to Lose by Neil Bakewell.
Its quite amazing, the guy is so honest about his issues and its by a man, how refreshing! Although ladies will like it as well I'm sure. Makes me determined to make this the time I will lose the weight.

No, hadn't really thought about a diet. The plan was to ditch the booze ( mostly ) and eat healthy and small. And excerise big.

I've been big all my life, I'm guessing I've got about 6 stone to lose. ( But haven't actually weighed myself, scales only go up to 21 stone )
