    if ya stick to plan ya will lose without exercise but when ya get close to target a bit of exercise will help get ya there when your losses slow down a bit!!

    Been so proud of myself all week i stuck to plan 100% n then one stressful trek to the shops in the snow n i came home n ate like 50 syns in 10 mins!! I plan on calling it a flexi day n hopefully be back on plan tomorrow!! Feel so ashamed tho!! :cry:

    Heinz 440g can is 2.5 G/EE and 15.5 ORIG But the Heinz meat free 410g can is FREE on G/EE and 15.5 on ORIG :D

    as long as ya stick to it the results are amazing xx im starting fresh this week but im an oldie as in i lost weight on it a few year back but then started on the takeaways n put it back on and more!! good luck n remember sw really is a lifestyle change the foods you eat are not "diet" foods...

    I started 3 days ago and i been snacking on mullerlights, sweet n sour noodle mugshots n lots of fruit and yeah as long as your snacks are free on plan then no problamo!! But ya shouldnt let yaself get so hungry that ya feel weak coz that could lead to binge eating :cool:

And i want to enjoy the kids more, we went out on the sledge yesterday but getting back up the hill after each whizz down was really painful i kept thinking i was gonna stop breathing :cry: Oh and i have never worn a bikini so hopefully summer...

    I am going to allow 10 syns each day over xmas for vodka/diet coke and the odd mince pie but im 100% going flexi on xmas day!! Im not spending all xmas day in the kitchen just to feed everyone else! :p

    SW and WW are both fab!! It comes down to which one you feel happy with!! WW gives a brill weight loss my friend has lost loads on it!! I enjoy SW i just need to stick to it now hehe:o good luck xx
