    Thanks. I was really shocked - I've never lost anywhere near that in a week before! The only thing I can think of is that I changed all my snacks for fruit - satsumas and oranges mainly Don't know if this made any difference or not!

    Week three and 1lb on. Dd has been in hospital for surgery but it was only 24 hours so can't really use that as an excuse, just got bored sitting around and picked on junk , then completely failed to get back on track when we got home #throwingbabyoutwiththebathwater!

    I suppose I just take it a stone at a time, I think my first major target is my club 10 which is still another 10 1/2 lbs away. After that then I've about 7 stones to go but that seems like to big of a target ,so breaking it to achievable chunks will hopefully make it easier to cope with

    Hi all! Haven't posted on here for ages as I fell off the plan completely and left SW. Big mistake as weight piled back on . Rejoined group at the start of October, and have lost 1 stone 1 1/2 since then. Back on track now after Christmas and hoping for good news on the scales tomorrow ✋ good...

    Hi, could I join this thread please? I rejoined sw about 12 weeks ago and have lost just over 2stones. Have a long way to go but taking it one weigh in at a time!! Reading everyone's posts is a real inspiration. OH joined at the same time as me and has lost a stone to get to his target .

    Hoping to maintain my 1 hour a day nxt week as Ive only just started but maybe increase distannce and time the following week xx Just off for todays walk, better late than never!!!

    Huge weight gain over Christmas- help me get back on track!

    Dont give up!! I gave up a couple of years ago and put loads back on, now Ive just rejoined and am starting again, but Ive learned not to let one set back put me off completely. Loads of support on here so stay strong xx

    Managed another hour long walk with the dogs today and stuck to plan 100% so pretty happy with that. x

    Just managed 2 1/2 miles with the dogs, will aim for three miles tommorrow :) Hoping to do the walk at least 5 times a week. the walk takes me about 50 mins.
