    Had my breakfast shake before the school run this morning now I'm starving lol just drinking a big glass of water and if that doesn't fill me up will have a banana! I'm doing better with water today, Yesterday I only had the 2 shakes then dinner and was fine so not sure why I'm so hungry today! X

    So first day is over with and I think it's gone ok B/f strawberry shake Lunch strawberry shake Dinner roast beef, new potatoes, brussel sprouts and runner beans I've struggled with drinking enough water today but I'm sure it will come with time! Hope everyone has had a good weekend x

    Boredom eating is a hard one for me too, I'm a stay at home mum and really struggle when oldest is at school and youngest is asleep not to go in the fridge and eat! I weighed my self at boots and have stuck the print out on the fridge to try and motivate me away from the fridge! X
