Peppered chicken

I have the jan/ feb magazine and in the book that came with it there is a peppered chicken recipie that is 2 sins per serving! Can any one tell me why it is. On extra easy. Would it be the stock?

4 skinless chucked breast
2 table spoons of poppy seeds
4 garlic cloves
2 onions
1 red pepper
2 yellow peppers
1 orange pepper
Lemon zest and juice
Chicken stock
Salt pepper
