cerri's food diary fist time slimmer

    hi i'm cerri and im 25 with 2 daughters 4 years old and 18 months old.
    i joined slimming world last night and weighed a huge 13st 8lb. i go to a group so will get weighed every tuesday. anyway here is my first food diary any advice or tips will be much appreciated!


    wed 02.02 E.E day

    breakfast
    28g bran flakes (heb)
    350ml skimmed milk (hea)
    apple

    lunch
    creamy cheese mug shot (2syns)


    dinner
    roast gammon, new potatoes, brussel sprouts and runner beans.

    Good luck with the weightloss I weigh a 'massive' amount more ;)

    Diary looks good, maybe add a bit more superfree. Should be 1 third of the plate/meal for Easy Extra.

    breakfast
    28g bran flakes (heb)
    350ml skimmed milk (hea)
    banana

    lunch
    pasta, ham, tomatoes, cucumber and red peppers. plus some light salad spray like the fry light is that free???

    dinner
    turkey, carrots, cabbage, peas, mash potato, 2 roast potatoes, yorkshire pudding and gravy.

    snack
    muller light

    syns
    1 syn for oil for 2 roast potatoes
    1 syn for gravy
    3 syns for yorkshire pudding

    do the syns seem right to you?

    Boiled rice
    Lamb rogan Josh

    Syns
    I gave my self 8 for the rogan Josh as it weighed a bit more then the weight in the book but I didn't eat it all anyway!

    Does it sound like I'm doing ok to all you experienced people?

    Tomato soup made from a recipe on here was lovely!

    Dinner
    Mixed pepper chicken from the little book in magazine and new potatoes.

    Probably some fruit and muller to snack on later as oh is at work tonight and I always snack when I'm board with out him!

    Does this sound ok to you all?

    Chicken, new potatoes, runner beans, Brussels sprouts, baby sweetcorn, carrots. Gravy

    Weigh in day tomorrow so hope I've done ok.
