cerri's food diary fist time slimmer

hi i'm cerri and im 25 with 2 daughters 4 years old and 18 months old.
i joined slimming world last night and weighed a huge 13st 8lb. i go to a group so will get weighed every tuesday. anyway here is my first food diary any advice or tips will be much appreciated!


wed 02.02 E.E day

breakfast
28g bran flakes (heb)
350ml skimmed milk (hea)
apple

lunch
creamy cheese mug shot (2syns)


dinner
roast gammon, new potatoes, brussel sprouts and runner beans.

pasta, ham, tomatoes, cucumber and red peppers. plus some light salad spray like the fry light is that free???

turkey, carrots, cabbage, peas, mash potato, 2 roast potatoes, yorkshire pudding and gravy.

I gave my self 8 for the rogan Josh as it weighed a bit more then the weight in the book but I didn't eat it all anyway!

Does it sound like I'm doing ok to all you experienced people?

Tomato soup made from a recipe on here was lovely!

Mixed pepper chicken from the little book in magazine and new potatoes.

Probably some fruit and muller to snack on later as oh is at work tonight and I always snack when I'm board with out him!
