    If you do have a bag search you may have to taste them to prove its just diet shake, a bit like they do with baby food. But you can defo take them in hand luggage. :) ps jayne i would have done the exact same thing tooo many amazing restaurants in NYC, Nobu and Olive garden...mmmmm my faves. :) x

    Taking a break?

    I have the exact same dilemma. Hol in april for nearly 3 weeks, at which point i will be around half way to goal maybe a bit more (if im super good! :)) Im not a massive lover of foreign food so i know i wont be over indulging, but i will be eating real food on my hol not shakes, for 2 reasons...

    Extra Shake?

    Try and hold off for a bit and get some water down you. If that doesnt work then ask youself whats the alternative if its going to be a food cheat then maybe an extra shake would be better. Really try with plenty of water beforehand though r even a tea/coffee. :) stay strong. JB xxx

    Thanks both! I wont Den i promise. :) there were big consequences anyway, id already lost 4lbs between fri WI and mon eve and so really i only lost 1lb since monday to this morn. I know if i hadnt had that bloody pizza i would have lost more and probably be past the first stone mark by now. :(
