    I know if I asked my fella to stop eating crap in front of me then he gladly would! He eats sensibly the rest of the time and works out, so who am I to stop him having some munchies in front of the TV. Its me that has a problem with food, not him so I just let him enjoy it without saying...

    Don't really have any advice for you hun, but I feel your pain! My slim partner eats chocolate, crisps, biscuits and cakes in front of me every single night. And what really riles me is that he's managed to lose weight whilst doing this, simply by eating my slimming world meals, grrrrrr!

    I lost a stone doing only green, I loved it as a real carbs girl and I don't mind quorn. Started EE on Tuesday for a change but not really liking it, feel I'm eating too much and miss my extra HeB. Will be switching back to green after Mondays weigh in I think xx

    Eczema and diets

    My 5 year old has it quite severely, his dermatologist suggested cutting out tomatoes, anything with a red food dye in eg strawberry yoghurts, citrus and egg yolk. Been tons better since although still quite bad, hope this helps xx

    I flexisyn a few times a month, mostly on a Friday night. I personally don't see it as going off plan, I still account for everything and if I think I've gone overboard then I will cut down in syns throughout the week and don't feel deprived.     Does anyone weigh themselves everyday?

    I'm a daily weigher, but I find it helps keep me on track. If it shows a gain then it gives me a boot up the backside, and a loss gives me encouragement that I'm doing the right things. If I'd have weighed myself daily before SW I may not have let my weight get so high before doing something...

    Didn't end up having them! Just didn't want to get back into the habit of eating for the sake of it, even though past reasons were different. Have planned meals better the past couple of days to incorporate them, don't think skipping them the once would have too much of an adverse effect x

    I wouldn't worry! I very much doubt you have gained 6lbs, to gain even a pound you have to overeat by 3500 cals! You may be very pleasantly surprised :-) x

    i am a cheater, although i dont look at it as that. Tend to give myself meals (or sometimes days!!!) 'off', and luckily it hasnt affected my losses. Although no doubt it will bite me on the bum at some point!
