    Back on the wagon after stuffing my face on holiday and gaining 7 lbs (the shame of it!) 4lbs came off last Sunday due to a particularly violent stomach bug but I'm still struggling with that last 8 lbs.     Extra Easy Quark?

    I tried it the magazine recipe for potato dauphinoise and it went really watery. I don't find it has an unpleasant taste but think it needs a bit of experimenting to cook with....it's never gonna be as good as a lovely lump of creamy brie!!

    1/4 lb on this week and I've really stuck to it. To make matters worse we didn't get any of our choices for primary school for our daughter so feel very sorry for myself. Wedding anniversary, hen night and mother's day all in one weekend coming up so may as well just give up now til monday...
