Newbie needing some support

Hi, I've just joined and am doing Slimming World at home. I haven't got a huge amount to lose (14lbs) but I have gained a stone over the last 2 years having been the same weight for years prior to that. I have very sensitive blood pressure and it starts creeping up the moment I put on a few pounds and I'm a personal trainer and group fitness instructor so my body is constantly under scrutiny. I think I have been guilty of undereating since the beginning of the year, finding that my metabolism has slowed down so much despite surviving on very few calories that I've actually put on weight! Going on hols at the end of next month and have a wedding to attend when we return so would like to shed 14lbs by then. Does anyone have similarly small goals to achieve and I'd love to hear any success stories?

hi, and welcome i can only offer a little support as I am also newto this forum and have around 20lb to lose so hope you manage to do it and hope to see you on other threads.

hi, iv only just joined and not long started my diet (this time round) i have around 5st to lose.. im sure your weigh will drop off in no time if you stick to it and work at it.
