1st week only 1/2 lb off...but better than nothing!

    My first weigh in this morning and only 1/2lb off but am still getting to grips with whole SW way of life. This weekend's going to be a bit of challenge as we are away with family but back on the wagon on Monday!

    i only lost 0.5 my first week, have to admit i was a little dissapointed. however, i stuck at in and the following week i lost 3.5:) good luck!
