I have just brought today a weight watchers pizza oval Chicken Arrabbiata flavour. Can anyone tell me the syns please? Per pizza: 223 cal protein 17.3 carbs 29.3 fat 2.9 Also does anyone know how many syns are in a crackerbread? Many thanks xxx
